TECTIVAI

Every idle hour, on the record.

Tectiv reads the cameras already on your job site and prices the hours your crew spends waiting. Nothing to buy or install.

Isometric site plan drawn in cream line directly on the dark page: the jobsite from above — scaffold frame, excavator, pallet stacks and pipe bundles in the lay-down yard, and one mounted camera whose dashed sight lines cross a gridded ground plane. One ground zone is filled solid orange, the watched zone.

The report is in your inbox before the crew arrives.

06:01AM

That was a sample day. Yours has a number too.

What it never does

No facial recognition

Anonymous shapes in a zone, never matched to an identity.

No per-worker scorecards

We measure the site, not individuals. There is no leaderboard.

No new hardware

Your existing cameras. Nothing to buy or install.

Watch the work, not the worker.

The stance is built in, not a setting you toggle.

What it misses

Distant figures

Accuracy falls with distance. Small figures at the far end of a wide shot are the hard case.

Standing still

A worker facing the work, arms at their sides, may be supervising or waiting. It has to choose, and sometimes chooses wrong.

What the lens misses

It reads what the camera shows. Night mode, glare and rain degrade the read, and no camera sees the whole site.

Nothing goes out unread.

The 06:01 report waits for your approval, and every idle cause is a suggestion you confirm or reject.

What does idle time cost you?

Until an audit measures your site, this brackets idle between 15% and 33% of crew hours.
