What we will never do.
No facial recognition
Tectiv counts how many people are in a zone and whether they are moving — not who they are. It does not identify individuals.
No worker scorecards
The job is to surface scheduling problems, not to monitor people. Reports are about the work — zones, trades, shifts.
No footage hoarding
We extract only the structured data — counts, durations, zones. Raw video is deleted after processing; retention is opt-in.
Encrypted, US-based
Encrypted in transit and at rest, on US-based servers. Every event shows a confidence score the foreman can sanity-check.
