Tectiv is pre-launch jobsite intelligence software plus a one-time jobsite audit. By using this website, using the software, or ordering the audit, you agree to these terms.

The audit is a one-time engagement provided at no charge. We first confirm our models can read your cameras; either party may end the engagement at any point before delivery.

The audit covers two weeks of monitoring, with findings delivered in person after the window closes. The audit creates no payment obligation and no automatic subscription.

Connect only cameras you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for complying with the recording and consent laws that apply on your sites, including any signage or notice your jurisdiction requires. Lawful camera use is the customer's responsibility.

Figures like idle-cost projections are estimates built from detection data and the labor rates you provide. They are directional, not measured guarantees, and should not be treated as payroll or billing records.

Tectiv is pre-launch software, provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms. Either way, you can request export or deletion of your data as described in our privacy policy.
